Stainless Steel Bellows Expansion Joints for Industry

Zakład Elementów Sprężystych i Lotniczych Sp. z o.o. (ZESiL) continues the legacy of WSK PZL Warszawa II since 1952. From the beginning, we have specialized in the production of bellows expansion joints, membranes, and aerospace components. Today, we are one of the few manufacturers in Poland producing expansion joints with our own stainless steel elastic bellows. Our compensators are used in district heating systems, process industries, food applications, and exhaust systems. We operate under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, hold CE certification according to PED 2014/68/EU, a PZH certificate for contact with drinking water, as well as AQAP 2110:2016 certifications.

Thanks to our long-standing engineering expertise and close cooperation with research centers, we continuously develop bellows manufacturing technologies. We handle serial orders as well as custom special projects – from concept and prototyping to delivery of finished expansion joints for the most demanding applications: chemical industry, power generation, cryogenics, and heavy-duty automotive.
